Case No. BC 342057, JCCP No. 4469.
The purpose of this website is to inform qualified purchasers of uncoated First Generation iPod nanos of this class action settlement.

The settlement provides for different payment amounts depending on whether the iPod nano purchased in the United States by a qualified purchaser was shipped with or without a slip case, and also depending on the total number of valid claims that are made. To be entitled to a payment under the settlement, qualified purchasers must have experienced scratching of the iPod nano that impaired their use or enjoyment of their iPod nano.
